COACHES! EQUIPMENT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

IMPORTANT:  Return equipment as you received it

Guide to the Ashbridge Equipment Shed HERE

1. CLEAN IT UP

Assemble Equipment bag, taking out trash and other items

Bag should have catchers gear, helmets, bats and perhaps bases if it came with it.

Take out medical kit, other items please

Empty ball buckets of dirt/pens/stuff

Discard baseballs that are torn or ripped

2. RETURN IT PROPERLY

Go to Ashbridge Shed.  Code to shed is RYAN

Place equipment bag on appropriately labeled division shelf

Return all balls and buckets.  Discard beaten up balls. 

EMPTY DIRT AND ALL OTHER ITEMS FROM BALL BUCKET

Return Medical Kit

RETURN ALL UNIFORMS, APPAREL AND PLACE IN BINS INSIDE SHED

3. COMMUNITY HELP WITH SHED

Clean up shed as you see it.  

Put trash in bags, remove if you can and take home/dispose

Assemble balls in buckets, 36 per bucket, and stack by baseball storage bin

Softballs get filled to top, make sure all softballs the same type

(soft, hard 11in, hard 12in)

CLEAN, ORGANIZE, TAKE YOUR INITIATIVE TO KEEP IT ORGANIZED

4. EMAIL THAT EQUIPMENT/UNIFORMS RETURNED

Email President@lmll.org once you've returned your equipment and apparel

IF YOU PLAN ON KEEPING IT FOR FALL BALL OR DISTRICT PLAY
